Material and care
925 Sterling Silver and Maintenance
Our silver jewelry is made of high-quality 925 sterling silver.
Rhodium-plated silver • Coated with a layer of rhodium for extra shine and protection. • It is more resistant to tarnishing and scratches. • For maintenance, simply wipe with a soft cloth.
Gold-plated silver • Made of 925 sterling silver with high-quality gold plating. • To ensure the gold plating retains its appearance for as long as possible, avoid contact with water, perfumes, creams, sweat, and chemicals. • Remove jewelry before showering, bathing, sleeping, and exercising. • Store it in a box or pouch when not wearing it.
With proper maintenance, your jewelry will retain its shine and beauty for a long time.
Returns and exchanges
The customer has the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Return conditions:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be attached.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been worn or if the security seal has been removed.
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will issue a refund as soon as possible, and no later than the time limit prescribed by law.
